我想在live cell里看transcription的过程，有什么paper可以参考的吗？主要想知道
有哪些marker可以用的，还有就是什么样的fluorescence tag不影响蛋白功能。
下礼拜要跟人谈，急着写计划。谢谢！

You can try Venus as the tag. My lab labeled the RNA polymerase with it and
works great. We observed the transcription dynamic in the living cell.
You can check this paper: Dissociation and re-association of RNA polymerase
with DNA during osmotic stress response in Escherichia coli
