USCIS 的网站对于 Form I-485 based on a pending or approved Form I-140给的邮
寄地址是以下两条：（instruction只针对 skilled worker说了按location of permanent employment）
The USCIS Nebraska or Texas Service Centers, depending on the location of
the beneficiary’s permanent employment. See Form I-140 instructions for
addresses.
USCIS Dallas Lockbox (see address above)
到底寄到哪呀？看帖子大家好像都是寄到dallas lockbox, 从哪得来的消息？
UPDATE: 再回头去看140的instruction,发现上面说除了skilled worker(f)(还有PP)之外的140都要寄到 Dallas lockbox, skilled worker 的要按location of permanent employment。 就是因为USCIS没有明确说eb1的485 要寄到location of permanent employment， 所以反推出要寄到 Dallas lockbox 吗？ Instruction 都没有写明白亚， 这个疏忽太大了吧。
