I posted my application info last november.
EB2 NIW
I-140-Submited 3/10/2007 approved 8/23/2007
I-485-submitted 8/1/2007
EB1B
I-140 Submitted 6/25/2010 approved 6/28/2010 (approval notice showed that it
interfiled to my previous I-485)
then my case was transfered into NBC and stuck there for several months.
Wento INFOPASS 5+, every time I got different explanation, tired by those
mixed answers and Wrote to Senators in Feb. 2011, then got finger print
appointment on Mar 23rd,2011.Interview on Mar.28, 2011.
The immigration officer asked tons of questions, finally she found that my I
-485 was still linked to old I-140 based on NIW (USCIS'S mistake even though
the approval notice of I-140 based on EB1B indicated that my I-485 was
interfiled to the new I-140), so she told me to wait since she had to clear
the system before issuing me green card.
On April 1st got approval notice and received card on April 8th.
I got lots of help from this forum. Thank you so much.
