I called them, one technician told me they could bypass 电信的计费系统 Legal
ly, so they just make calls to China, USA (landline & mobile ) for FREE.

skypeout rate is not $0, so this is questionable. i would ask if
you can call *any* landline/mobile at *any* time of day.
VOIP call can do toll bypass across regions or nations. but local
phone bill can't be avoided if you can landline.
but worse come to it, you buy a pair of phones, problem solved.

cal phone bill" you are talking about?
As far as I know, people use voipstunt free PC-to-Phone service to call Chin
a landline, and some of them even use PAP2 adapter to make calls from VoIP p

所有的sip2landline，最终需要有落地，pstn2pstn。

consider sip and pstn as two network, you'll need a 'peering point'.
not sure

this is a cool product from technolgoies' perspective, but I don't think the
off-net calls can be free all the time
