EB2 排期11月刚排到 11/1/2013 就收到这个
On November 1, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status.
这个应该算485 批准了吧看板上..
Time lime:
PD: 10/03/2008
RD: 1/19/2012
EAD/Combo Card: 2/27/2012
2013 年11月排期移到10/8/2013. 11/1/2013 status 就从acceptance 变成
decision 了 希望早点收到卡 结束这漫长绿卡申请等待路。。

有个好区全是50，60 年老房子
现在卖都是号称REMODEL 过的， WIRE， ELECTRICAL PANEL， LANDSCAPE 之类， 除了
ROOF 还是 50 年
这些HOUSE 买的时候还要注意些什么吗？
是不是一般老房子要花很多时间，钱去装修？大概多少呢？

我们家50年的房子，里面做过一些upgrade，至今住了快2年，还好，没啥大问题，小问
题倒是有，比如阁楼风扇电机去年夏天坏了，下水管堵过一次，门前pave前阵子刚找人
来从新铺砖等等，都不是太大问题啦。维修的钱也还好。至于装修，那就看具体状况和
你们自己的要求了。
屋顶50年是要换了，一般换个roof大概小一万吧。

It depends on the roof type. I have slate roof. It is 80 years old, built in
1928. I only needed to have the chimney's copper flashing replaced. It
cost a few hundred dollars. No other issues whatsoever. Slate roof is
designed to last over 100 years.

for an old house, termite has to be checked. that's all. Otherwise, most old
houses were built much better than most new constructions. There is nothing
to worry about.
