我住8号,邻居在10号,我们是TOWNHOUSE,紧挨着. 我们都有FENCE, 中间有一个FENCE 隔
开我们.
我家地势高,10号地势低.他家在这一排HOUSE 的地势最低处.
每次下大雨,水都是往他家后院那边流,他家那边的排水也不好,这就造成他家后院总是
积很多水,这个夏天他家BASEMENT以被淹过几次.
前几天他在隔离我们俩家的FENCE他家那一边,紧贴着FENCE 盖了一米多高的墙,这样大
水就被墙挡住流不到他家的后院,都积在了我家后院,造成我家差点被淹.
我同情他家遭遇,但他们可以这样做吗? 不违背COUNTY CODE,PERMIT 啥的吗? 如果可以
这么做那我也可以在和6号连接的FENCE 盖个墙,水就留在6号家了.
