回国时的i94卡的问题。

回国时的i94卡的问题。# Returnee - 海归

家里老人，一直跟着我们，超期几个月，因为我们回中国了，而且家里老人也不打算在来美了，就没有
办理 I94卡的相关手续。
而且家里老人现在换了信的护照。
等登机回国的时候，是否可以不出示I94卡？就用新的护照，上面什么都没有。
不知道怎么办才好？

可以不出示.不过在美国海关电脑里那就是逾期不归

美国海关电脑, is just track individual based on i94?
what if the air line company does not send the i94 information back to the
US Custom? I believe these types of mistakes can always happen.
In my own case, when I fly to Geneva, the airline company does not even take
my i94. When I reenter US Custom, the Custom find my old i94 card, saying
the airline company did something wrong...

看运气啊. airline当然有丢卡的时候,所以海关也绝对不会见错就抓.
但海关觉得是你自己的问题的时候....
