You Will...

• Develop and own relationships within the study abroad and English testing ecosystem in China
• Plan and drive product awareness strategies for different stakeholders groups in China
• Identify and engage with organizations that support study abroad and international education
• Identify and drive new growth initiatives in China
• Define metrics to measure the impact of your work, and systematically track and report progress
  

• 4+ years of related experience in a sales/marketing/business development role
• A deep understanding of the English test market and study abroad ecosystem in China
• Experience working with English education institutions, overseas study agencies and/or international schools
• Data-driven sales and marketing experience
• Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Ability to come up with creative and resourceful solutions to solve ambiguous problems
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written & spoken)
• A desire to make the world a better place through technology
• Occasional business travel within China and to our US headquarters in Pittsburgh
• Legal authorization to work in China. This position is based in Beijing
