Have facility with and understanding of the ecosystem that code operates in.

Experience and strong understanding of the different data categories for the bank (i.e. Critical, Restricted, Confidential, Internal, and Public)
Experience working with Enterprise control partners such as Audit, Privacy, EP, EDGO, etc.
Knowledge of TD Enterprise access management frameworks
Experience with TD Technology platforms such as JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow, AWF as a user
Understanding of both business and technology requirements and ability to liaise between partners
Experience working in both operational and project environments
Process mapping and optimization skills would be an asset
Strong problem-solving skills
Good inter-personal skills to build and maintain productive working relationships with various business partners across the Bank and on different levels of organization
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities, ensuring critical deadlines are met
Understanding of basic retail credit risk drivers would be an asset
Project management experience would be an asset
Understanding of regulatory programs such as Basel and IFRS9 would be an asset
Provide constructive feedback and challenge the status quo as required
Understanding of UNIX OS and file system would be an asset
Excel, VBA skill would be an asset
A high-level understanding of SAS or similar coding languages
Additional Information
Education and Accreditation:
Undergraduate degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar disciplines. Postgraduate degree would be an asset.
FRM, CFA or similar accreditation is also considered an asset.
CBAP accreditation is considered an asset
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Provides initial triage, investigation and resolution of incidents. This may include automated code to production, automated recovery scripts and runbook execution.
Deploys automated code to production.
Provides end to end technology support including computer, applications, network and storage, and root-cause analysis etc.
Drives and/or promotes new processes, systems, technology, and operations and expanded capabilities for performance, with the flexibility to align to the unique requirements of the project teams and deliverables.
Proactively monitors system performance and identifies operational improvements, in ensuring smooth and consistent customer and business partner delivery.
Supports deployment activities, managing implementation issues to resolution.
Provides initial triage, investigation and ensures fast turnaround times on issue/incident resolution.
Monitors technical infrastructure, applications and/or business transactions through automated systems and instrumentation across the environment.
Provides inbound call assistance to end-users for application, technical, and IMACD needs leveraging the knowledge base and/or run books available.
Collaborates and engages with the appropriate areas across the bank.
Develops or helps to develop the knowledge assets required for the operation.
Promotes adherence to standards and industry best practices.
Develops an understanding of organizational interactions and complexity to engage with the appropriate matrix areas.
Identifies opportunities to strengthen the operational capability, such as: sharing expertise to promote technical development, mentoring employees, building communities of practice and networks across technology.
Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.

Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.

Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies.
Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
