• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle process.

• Understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g., algorithms, data structures, design patterns, networking, operating systems).

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. C++, .NET, Java, Python, Ruby).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science degree or an equivalent field.

Preferred skills will include…

• Knowledge and experience with SaaS applications built on top of Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, etc.

• Knowledge of white/black box testing tools and techniques.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment .

• Experience developing and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP).

• Working understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, etc.

  职位要求：

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related technical field, graduating between December 2023 and May 2025. 

• Recent bootcamp graduates and engineering training participants are also considered within six months of completing program/training requirements

• Programming experience in one or more object-oriented languages such as: Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Kotlin, Swift, C, and C++

• Square internships are 12-weeks and co-op placements are 16 weeks, available for Summer 2023

• We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Experience in React or any other equivalent UI technologies

• Experience in Java/TypeScript/Node.js or any other equivalent programming languages

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL

• Knowledge of design patterns

• Experience in developing RESTful web services would be a plus

• Knowledge of test development frameworks would be a plus

• Previous software development work experience would be a plus

• Quick-learner, self-motivated and proactive attitude

• Analytical and problem solving aptitude

• Good written and verbal English
