BS in electrical engineering, computer science or related field.
Proficiency in C++, with good knowledge of the language specification and debugging.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Python.
Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers and algorithms.
Experience with GUI frameworks, such as Qt.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix development.
Exposure to the Cadence Virtuoso environment or other electronic design platforms.
Interest in analog design and integrated circuits.
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field, and a strong record of academic achievement.
Applicants should have at least one quarter/semester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes.
The Splunk internship program runs for a minimum of 10 weeks, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive weeks with start dates between May and June 2023. Applicants should be available to participate full-time (40 hours/week) in an internship during this time.Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of software engineering processes, agile framework, tools, methods, test development, algorithms and data structures
iOS experience. Proficiency in Swift or Objective-C. XCode, Cocoapods, Swift Package Manager, SwiftUI.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts, large-scale software architecture, networking and distributed systems, and UNIX/Linux environments

As part of this role, you'll work directly with designers, community managers and other developers to implement new features and improvements within our products. We focus on using standard methodologies and innovative tools to create maintainable, modular and impactful code. Being focused on building features that encourage creators to showcase their best work and easily discover the creations of others, you'll be involved in gaining insights about how our products are actually used and participate in investigating new ways to deliver more to our users.
