Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung lost his balance for a split second and fell on stage during his concert in Malaysia over the weekend.
The veteran artiste was performing for the third night of his 60+ Concert Tour at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
Cheung was seen walking slowly down a small slope on stage while performing the song "Just Want To Spend My Life With You" when he appeared to become dizzy, causing him to lose his footing and sit down on the ground.
Despite the mishap, the 62-year-old quickly regained his composure and continued singing the hit song after a brief pause.
Later on in the concert, Cheung addressed the incident to the relief of the audience. He shared that he has been living with Meniere's disease since his youth. This ailment causes dizzy spells as a result of an inner ear disorder. ailment/ˈeɪlmənt/ :小疾 spell:(疾病突然的)一次发作
According to Malaysian media, the concert on the previous day was delayed by eight minutes due to a relapse half an hour before the show started.

Cheung also revealed that he had to partially close his eyes during the performance to alleviate the dizziness. In a lighthearted manner, he joked, "I am not happy if I can't see you, and you'll feel uncomfortable if I have my eyes closed." He explained that the condition affects his dancing but not his vocals.
