Michelle Johansen 担任Delta State University 国际学生服务助理协调员。她还在此校的荣誉课程和社会科学与历史系任教。Michelle拥有密歇根大学安娜堡分校政治学本科学位和德尔塔州立大学研究生教育学位。 

Kei Mamiya 拥有国际研究学士学位和社会学硕士学位，专攻种族和民族研究。Kei 目前正在密西西比州立大学攻读公共政策与管理博士学位。他在密西西比州立大学多元文化中心工作了 6 年，在促进多样性、公平性和包容性方面拥有丰富的经验。

Guest Speakers：

Michelle Johansen serves as Delta State University’s Assistant Coordinator of International Student Services. She also teaches in Delta State’s Honors Program and Division of Social Sciences and History. She has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a graduate education degree from Delta State University. 

Kei Mamiya holds a BA degree in International Studies and an MA degree in Sociology specializing in race and ethnicity studies. Kei is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Administration at Mississippi State University. He brings 6 years of experience in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through his work at the multicultural center at MSU.
