EducationUSA很高兴邀请你参加一场以大学课堂授课形式为基础，信息丰富，互动性和娱乐性强的讲座。该活动的重点是介绍如何申请美国大学表演艺术专业。此次活动将你详细介绍表演艺术类专业的具体内容和申请流程。本次讲座分为以下四部分：

活动安排

1. 表演艺术专业简介：

• 美国大学表演艺术课程概览。

• 申请和就业信息。

2. 互动表演工作坊：

• 由 AMDA 教授主持和教授-舞蹈表演工作坊。

3. 学生展示和评论：

• 选择1-4名学生，可以现场展示自己已准备好声乐、表演或舞蹈作品集。

• AMDA 教授的实时反馈和指导。

4. 问答环节：

• 有机会向 AMDA 教授和其他专家提问和寻求建议。

EducationUSA is excited to invite you to an engaging and informative event focused on applying to U.S. universities for Performing Arts majors. This event will provide valuable insight into the application process, as well as an opportunity to learn from and interact with a distinguished professor from AMDA College of the Performing Arts.

Agenda:

The event will be divided into four parts:

1. Introduction to Performing Arts majors:

• Overview of Performing Arts programs in U.S. universities

• Application and employment information

2. Interactive Performance Workshop:

• A lively dance performance workshop led by a professor from AMDA

3. Student Showcase and Critique:

• 1-4 selected students with prepared portfolios in vocals, acting, or dance will showcase their work

• Live feedback and guidance from the AMDA professor

4. Q&A Session:

• An opportunity to ask questions and seek advice from the AMDA professor and other experts

此次讲座用中英文进行。会提供英语翻译。
This event will be conducted in both English and Chinese. Translation will be provided.

J. Elaine Marcos - Professor of AMDA College of the Performing Arts

因其在百老汇电影和电视节目中出色的喜剧角色而闻名。百老汇作品包括《西贡小姐》、《沙漠女王》、《婚礼歌手》、《花鼓歌》、《甜蜜慈善》、《乐队重聚》和《奇妙小镇》。J. Elaine 还因打破选角障碍而闻名，她在《A Chorus Line》中饰演 Valerie Clark，在《Annie》中饰演 Lily St. Regis，与 Jane Lynch 演对手戏。

J. Elaine Marcos – Professor of AMDA College of the Performing Arts

J. Elaine Marcos is known for her brilliant comedic timing and scene-stealing roles on Broadway and in film and television.Broadway credits include Miss Saigon, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Wedding Singer, Flower Drum Song, Sweet Charity, Gettin’ the Band Back Together, and Wonderful Town.  J. Elaine is also known for breaking down the casting barrier and playing Valerie Clark in A Chorus Line and Lily St. Regis in Annie opposite Jane Lynch.

Junnan Liao, Assistant Director of International Outreach

来自中国大陆的廖俊男以国际学生的身份开启了他的美国之旅，最终完成了传播艺术硕士学位。

Junnan Liao, hailing from PRC, embarked on his journey to the United States as an international student, culminating in the completion of his master’s degree in communication arts.
