Are you curious about how candidates pay for a political campaign? Or how the United States is working to make our democracy more inclusive? Join us at the Beijing American Center for a discussion over coffee with an elections expert. Dr. Bridgett King, Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Kentucky, will demystify the process of campaign finance in U.S. elections and provide current thoughts on election reform.
This event will be conducted in English. You must be 18 years or older to attend. Coffee and cookies will be served.
Only 20 spots available. Application deadline: May 29, 2024, at 11:00 p.m. If you are accepted, you will be notified on May 31, 2024, via email with details on how to attend.
