是明显多了放出来的multifamily。不过成交也很快。cap rate能达4%以上的秒gone。不可能都是现金买。

要说别的商业地产例如strip mall 啥的， 不好卖可以理解， 但是rental apartment complex 应该不至于因为利率上调而foreclosure， 也许有别的原因
