【美坛综艺秀】How to get choked :

Got submitted via a rear naked choke by a girl 30 lbs lighter yesterday. Three girls, all small and lightning fast, in the gym could do it to me :-(

She got my back and her legs controlled my hips. She then blocked my head with hers and cranked her forearm on my windpipe. (See the illustration below.)

I stay far away from BJJ practitioners. They're lethal.

Better choked by girls younger,smaller&lighter than otherwis

Is this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? For self-defense? Cool ~ ~
