去医院就坐在椅子上和医生谈话也被收过几百刀的facility fee. 打电话去问，非常理直气壮说这是医院的规定。
下次去医院，自己带把折叠椅不知道可不可以避免这个费用啊。

所以是个scam， 表面是个urgent care, 小clinic, 实际上早被医院买下，算作医院的out patient departments, 所以按医院标准收费
这样，一些轻症非急症病人以为是小clinic， urgent care 标准收费，结果去了也被收高额费用
就是有意设计的一个trap
