看见$8K要延期到９月，我也4/30之前签合同了，但房子要9月后才建好。觉得这个延期
要延的话应该３０号之前签合同的都应该享受同等好处啊！
所以如果有和我同样情况的，同样想法的可以告诉我，我已经写信给我们区的
representative，他可以把我们的想法转给senitor。如果很多人反应同样的想法，说
不定我们也可以得到$8k。我可以把我写好的信发给你，你可以复制也可以添写自己的

咳咳，你这个还是说的不够吧。这样说吧，clone的保证homogeneous,
transcient的保证和原来的细胞相似，你自己想要哪个就用哪个吧。都
想要就都做，或者多做几个clone

R u trying to see the effect of transgene on cell cycle by transgene marker/
PI staining? Not an expert of cell cycle control,but why not go ahead and
do your transfection, take some cells to check with flow at 48hr and do your
colony selection side-by-side? you can compare the result 48hr vs 2 weeks
later
