Today one terrible thing happened to my wife. At about noon, she stayed at
home by herself and was taking shower with the door locked. When she was in
the shower, she heard some sound and feel somebody came inside the house. Then
she opened the shower curtain(the door on the bathtub) a little bit to see
what happened. And she found the landlord stood in front of the bathroom door.
She shutted the door immediatlyand shouted at him "what is he doing here". He
said he came to fix the drain in the k

First, double-check your lease/contract. Normally it will mention the rights
that the landlord as well as workman has to enter your apartment.
Secondly, whatever written in the lease/contract, go to the landlord, point
fingers to him and yell at him. This is what people would do if this situati
on happens, regardless of what the lease said, and you will lose nothing by
your actions.
Finally, about the law stuff, I know nothing about it. You can check and see
what you can do.

boy... that's what I've been scared of. What I saw on TV once really came
true.
It must have been hard on your wife, and you. comfort.
The thing is that even if you get police, the landlord can still defend
himself that he was here to fix ... and he did leave after your wife screamed.
I don't see much chance there. Plus you're moving in a week, so ..if I were
you, I'd let it go and be extremely careful in the future.
When you move to new places, tell the landlord that nobody shall enter your
apt
