上次拔牙后，牙医开了15块的抗生素，后来我看到有4，5块的抗生素，于是很不解，干
嘛就要开这么贵，都是我自己掏腰包，她又没从中赚到钱。。是不是我迟到了2分钟她
一个不高兴就开得比较贵呢？还是她为了确保我的牙齿不发炎，开的是药效比较强的抗
生素？有明白人给说下吗:)

今天是妈妈的生日，我给他祝福他并没有向往年那样回复我，我很伤心

Essay: Discuss two examples that demonstrate your potential as a successful
leader.
The question is, is it necessary or a good way to summarize the leadership
competencies at the end of each example? See the last line of the following
example:
I went to a conference, where I met people, built relationships, acted as a
team leader, came up with good ideas for some topic, helped som
wants to apply to U.S. business schools.

偶是物理的，这个教授回复我说他做的方向是：
"Device physics to model transistors
and to relate the models to measurements.
In addition to the usual semiconductor physics,
we use 2D finite-difference simulators like ATLAS
and circuit simulators like Microwave Office."
这个方向看起来好象是很理论的方向啊？有实用价值不？工作前景会不会很惨淡啊。。

Possible reasons:
(1) Brand name recognition: many patients saw the TV commercial and did "
talk to your doctor about XXX"
(2) Minimizing side effects: new drugs tend to have less
(3) Better be safe than sorry
(4) If they have any free sample on hand, it tends to be the newest drugs.
It's possible to talk them into change the prescription, though.

我想起来了，医生她当时开药的时候我还专门问得，一旁的护士小姐还保证只要5块左
右，
结果在CVS一开开了15块。。第二次我在Target的pharmacy问里面卖药的，人家看了价
格和我说5块，结果一拿药，她们说要15块，刚才看错了，是另一种抗生素只要5块，你
说说看。。唉

这个方向和chengming hu的方向有区别吗？
hu的学生也是作mosfet得模型的把，
他的学生在 arizona，带的学生2008年 冬天2009年初最不好找工作的时候也找到工作
了
难道区别在一个自己写code，作模型，一上面那个是用silvaco的tool
