i think "calm" sounds better than "quiet", and "quiet" sounds better than
silent...
calm 表示心态的平和, 感恩而宽容, 符合文章的意思, quiet 比较中性, 安静而已,
而silent让我感觉冷漠而无奈, 从而最不合适这个场景.
(我一句话里好多"而"啊.)
