I was told by chase I am VIP customer and everytime I call them, they will
transfer me to another department.
And I just used it buy something at China and they close my card.
Called and was told, my spending is not consistent with expectation.

是不是出国刷卡前没通知CHASE?
那个,是否"VIP"其实和CHASE关不关你卡,没有直接的关系,当然,你是CHASE的多年客户
又有很多业务的话,他们考虑的时候会松动一些.
用C神模式的话说啊,神马VIP,一瞬间都能变成一堆破布.

可以，我一直在用。今天也用过，除了google voice，magicjack也能用。
但google voice可以自选铃声，越狱后更可自己修改任意铃声。
另外goole voice有iPad版本，magicjack只有iphone版，虽说也可以装在iPad上，但是
显示效果就差了许多。
功能方面也是goole voice完胜magicjack，推荐goole voice＋iPad mini 2 4g lte（
当然air也行）
可以随时随地上网＋接打电话＋GPS导航，屏幕比iphone大却又不失便携，完美

不需要，偶的intel x25m g2，在IDE模式下是5.x
于是改注册表启动微软自带的ACHI，进入BIOS开启ACHI，同时再装intel最新的驱动
评份立即升到7.x

Mutational processes molding the genomes of 21 breast cancers.

Abstract
All cancers carry somatic mutations. The patterns of mutation in cancer
genomes reflect the DNA damage and repair processes to which cancer cells
and their precursors have been exposed. To explore these mechanisms further,
we generated catalogs of somatic mutation from 21 breast cancers and
applied mathematical methods to extract mutational signatures of the
underlying processes. Multiple distinct single- and double-nucleotide
substitution signatures were discernible. Cancers with BRCA1 or BRCA2
mutations exhibited a characteristic combination of substitution mutation
signatures and a distinctive profile of deletions. Complex relationships
between somatic mutation prevalence and transcription were detected. A
remarkable phenomenon of localized hypermutation, termed "kataegis," was
observed. Regions of kataegis differed between cancers but usually
colocalized with somatic rearrangements. Base substitutions in these regions
were almost exclusively of cytosine at TpC dinucleotides. The mechanisms
underlying most of these mutational signatures are unknown. However, a role
for the APOBEC family of cytidine deaminases is proposed.

Statistical Analysis
Mutational processes were extracted by using nonnegative matrix
factorization.
Monte Carlo simulations were performed to assess how randomly
distributed mutations differed to the primary cancer genomes. A Kolmogorov-
Smirnov test
was used to compare the distribution of indels mediated
by repeats or microhomology.

哪里用这么麻烦，上intel最新驱动，然后改bios就行
然后机器会要求启动两次

第二装intel display driver
第三就是intel rapid storage technology，SATA口驱动

chase和amex都属于喜欢FR的卡，异同点是Amex一般要review然后决定关还是降低额度
，chase就是直接关或者降低额度。如果交易量大的最好少碰chase, amex

活神可以主搞FIA amex和citi的卡，相比chase和amex，他们管得比较松，随便刷，不
关卡，不随便降cl。当然坏处就是disrepute差点。
