用lenti viral vector做了个shRNA screen，测序已经做完了，现在需要个软件分析，
其实应该很简单，就是看每个shRNA的读数。
老板联系了一个生物信息组，他们说至少需要６个月，

随便找个mapping的软件，只算数量的话几分钟就出来了。
不过做实验前就应该联系好人，那个要半年的估计自己也没做过这类分析把。
