上开吗？刚才online问客服，她说必须在branch开，但是点进去email中的链接apply，
页面上的offer code的地方已经自动填好了code，似乎又能直接online开的样子。鉴于
众所周知的客服的无知程度，想问问老手，能否在线开，因为本地没有citi branch。

有篇文章准备投稿，本来计划是pnas,老板改变主意，因为实验室另一篇要投pnas, 两
片送同一杂志不好，想投scientific reports,网上发现这个杂志口碑不大好，也不想
贱卖自己的幸苦! 我的数据不多，但是很新，清楚的揭示一个药物的作用靶点，是用转
基因动物和病毒注射的方法得出的结论，应该是比较清楚的结论。大牛们能不能推荐几
个接收letter的好一点的杂志?非常感谢！

Thanks!
I found the papers published in nature communications also have more than 7
figures, especially biological medicine papers. But other fields papers in
the journal have short report. Any other idea? Thanks again!
