屋顶漏水，roofer过来修了一下。屋顶内侧这些黑色的痕迹就是上次漏水时造成的。现
在修过之后下雨，这些黑色的东西上有些油迹似的东西，但是用手摸倒是不湿，稍微有
点沾手。下雨过了一会也没有见到水渗进来。这些黑色的东西是什么？旁边没有黑迹的
屋顶摸上去就是干的，没啥问题。

The Interdisciplinary Institute for Personalized Medicine in Brain Disorders
at School of Chinese Medicine of Jinan University seeks two or three
outstanding researchers (open rank, Bian-zhi positions) to complement and
extend institution and campus-wide research in the areas of
neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases (Alzheimer’s disease, depression
, ALS, traumatic brain injury) and their therapeutics, especially by use of
the personalized traditional medicine. Research incorporating contemporary
neuroscience, and molecular and systems biology approaches, including
virally-based circuit tracing, electrophysiology, optogenetic manipulation,
bioenergenetic, glycolysis, epigenetics, immunology are encouraged.
Successful candidates are expected to play a leading role in
neurobiological research surrounding the institutional projects on
mechanisms and therapeutic targets of major brain disorders, develop and
maintain an independent, extramurally funded research program, and obtain
provincial and national supports for Talent Development Programs. The
department and campus have state-of-the-art laboratories, core facilities,
such as 9.4T MRI scanner and small animal PET.
Salary and start-up packages is based on academic achievements of the
candidates, and additional allowance is available based on the performance
on research and development. Note age is a critical factor for the Bian-zhi
