“久旱逢甘霖！”，阿拉伯朋友这样表达他们的心情
President Xi Jinping called on China and Arab states to carry forward the spirit of China-Arab friendship, and foster a closer China-Arab community with a shared future, while addressing the first China-Arab States Summit held Friday.
阿联酋通讯社编辑方海山（Firas Fadel Hassan）表示，世界应当团结在一起。
现在世界正面临着极大的挑战，我们阿拉伯国家也好，中国也好，其他国家也好，只有大家团结在一起，才能克服这些困难。
The world is now facing great challenges, and if we, Arab countries or China or other countries, if we don’t work together, we will never overcome these difficulties.
采访中，方海山还提到一个令他印象深刻的现象：
沙特很久没有下雨了，但是习主席来的第一天开始下雨了。这在阿拉伯人看来，意味着这个客人带来了很大的惊喜。所以我觉得这次习主席到访会带来经济、安全、还有各个方面的发展。
I know it has been a long time since it has rained in Saudi Arabia. But President Xi brought the rain with him on his visit, which for Arabians, it means that, he has brought a big surprise to the country. I think President Xi's visit will facilitate the development of our economy, safety issues, and other aspects.
我相信此次访问将加强两国人民、两个国家和两国领导人之间的双边关系。两国也期待将这些双边关系发展得更深入。 I'm sure it will strengthen the bilateral relations between the two people, the two countries, the two leaderships. And they are looking forward to develop these bilateral relations further and further.
最大的期望就是我们两国人民都能幸福快乐。作为一名沙特人，我希望此次峰会能大获成功。作为一名Z世代，我期望中阿友好将带动两国在教育、经济、文化等领域的合作。
For both countries, the biggest expectation is their happiness. And as a Saudi citizen, my expectation is the high sky of success. And as a Generation Z, I see that such a relation will empower both countries from educational, economical and cultural sides.
President Xi Jinping said during the summit that China will inherit the spirit of friendship with Arab countries and join hands to build a China-Arab community with a shared future for the new era.
We hope that this summit will be an epoch-making milestone in the history of China-Arab relations.
