别人“直播带货”，这个高校老师“直播带人”！
直播能带货，那你见过“带人”的直播吗？“这个学生很自律真的可以考虑”，“我们的学生学习能力很强综合素养很高”，“这个学生如果错过了你真的会后悔！”
近日，浙江理工大学的老师李孝明在直播间手持学生的简历，向用人单位推荐，收获了众多网友点赞。
Li Xiaoming, a teacher from Zhejiang Sci-tech University, recently went viral on the internet. By holding students' resumes and introducing them, Li Xiaoming recommended college graduates to employers via livestream.

李孝明是浙江理工大学经管学院的党委副书记。2月17日，他和另外两名辅导员尝试“直播带人”。
直播间里，就业辅导员连线企业HR，了解公司用人需求，给毕业生提建议。观看直播的应届毕业生可以现场投递简历。小小直播间成了个“空中”双选会。
On Feb 17, Li Xiaoming and two other college counselors attempted the innovative method for the first time. In the livestream, the college career adviser connected with corporate HR to understand the company's employment demands and advise college graduates. Graduates watching the livestream were allowed to submit their resumes to employers online.
为了准备这场直播，李孝明和辅导员们一起筛选简历，直播前和学生进行充分沟通，因此才能做到对每个学生的优势特点如数家珍。
Li Xiaoming said that before the livestream, he and several counselors had already discussed and screened students' resumes together, and talked with students to get familiar with their strengths.

整场直播持续约1个半小时，收获了2万多人次点赞，推介的8名毕业生中有3名已收到企业面试邀约。已经取得面试资格的学生吕玉科说：“自己一不留神成为了全网被羡慕的学生，很感动！也很感恩。”
The livestream lasted for about an hour and a half and received more than 20,000 likes. Among the eight graduates recommended, three have received interview invitations from companies. Lyu Yuke, one of the qualified students, said, "I accidentally became the envy of the entire internet. I am very moved and grateful."

“近年来直播很火，学院希望借鉴这一创新传播形式将优秀学生推荐给合适的企业，帮助他们找到更高质量、更加满意的工作。”李孝明说，以后将会把直播作为常规工作的一部分，定期将它做起来，同步保障毕业生顺利就业。
"In recent years, livestreaming has become very popular, and the college hopes to learn from this innovative communication format to recommend outstanding students to suitable companies, helping them find higher-quality and more satisfying jobs," said Li Xiaoming, adding that "livestreaming will be included as a regular part of our work in the future, and we will conduct it regularly to ensure the employment of graduates."
