• Basic technical knowledge of software systems, demonstrated desire to learn
  Strong coursework in software development, systems engineering, software product management, or electrical engineering

• Strong initiative and eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity using Agile methodologies and Jira.

• Ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty

• Experience or understanding of firmware design tools and languages.

• Strong programming skills on C, C++, Python

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related. Typically, 0-2 years of related experience.

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or Higher

• Working towards completion of a Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)

• Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs etc.) are preferred

• Strong team player and ability to interface with members of different teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role)

• Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) for 6 months

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree

• Solid technical knowledge of CS fundamentals and data structures

• Experience using one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, Scala, React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java (Android), Obj-C/Swift (iOS)

• Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback as you learn to Build with Craft

• Passion for Patreon and working with the Creators
