Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree
Solid technical knowledge of CS fundamentals and data structures
Experience using one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, Scala, React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java (Android), Obj-C/Swift (iOS)
Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback as you learn to Build with Craft
Passion for Patreon and working with the Creators
BS in CS or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in frontend development, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS Single Page Applications (SPA)
An understanding of basic UX principles and design
Preferred qualifications:
Full stack experience using a React SPA with Flask backend while implementing REST APIs utilizing Object Relational Mapping
Experience with test driven development
Proficiency with acceptance testing documentation and automated testing with puppeteer
Demonstrated proficiency with Linux and DevOps
BS in CS, EE, or related field
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with C, C++
Experience with the Linux operating system and scripting languages (e.g., bash, python)
Ability to make a system work. Have you ever had to fight a linux installation issue? Figure out why your program crashed after 1 hour?
An ability and desire to develop technical depth in navigation signal processing, and learn quickly on the job
M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
Experience writing code for embedded systems or environments where performance matters (video games included)
Knowledge of profilers, valgrind and system analysis tools
Experience with or exposure to inertial sensors, inertial navigation, GPS, or Kalman filtering
Demonstrated experience with systems engineering and software engineering processes
