飞“岩”走壁，壮汉记者跟小学生比运动，输了！

The sport climbing of the Hangzhou Asian Games will be held in Shaoxing Keqiao Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre from October 3 to October 7, and the athletes will compete for 6 gold medals.

Sport Climbing, or bold climbing, is a modern discipline originating from traditional rock climbing. It is a type of free climbing on either natural or artificial rock where the lead climber clips into pre-drilled, permanent bolts for their protection while ascending a route, which is sometimes praised as “ballet on rock”.

The safer discipline of sport climbing also led to the rapid growth in competition climbing, which made its Olympic debut at Tokyo 2020.

速度赛在15米高、倾角为5度的人工岩壁上进行。运动员按照指定线路进行速度攀登的比赛，根据每位运动员完成比赛线路所用的时间来决定每轮次的比赛名次，运动员攀爬用时越少，排名越靠前。

Speed is a spectacular race against the clock in one-on-one elimination rounds that combine precision and explosivity. The wall is 15m high and with an inclination of five degrees.

攀石赛，也称抱石赛，是力量与技术的结合。运动员在专门设计的人工岩壁上的一组短线路上进行攀爬，攀爬时不需要绳子保护，有安全垫提供相应保护，以在规定时间内完成攀登线路的数量和攀登次数来决定名次。

In bouldering, athletes climb without ropes, in a limited period of time and in the fewest attempts possible. The ranking is decided by the number of problems overcome.

难度赛是高度、耐力、策略的体现，运动员在有一定倾斜角度，高度不低于12米，线路长度不少于15米的人工岩壁线路（purposedly designed infrastructures）上，采用先锋保护模式进行攀爬，以运动员在规定时间内在线路上的攀爬高度决定其名次。

在个人两项全能赛中，运动员将依次参加攀石赛、难度赛二个项目。

Located on White Mountain of Guangxi province, China Climb, is ranked an elite climbing 5.14A route of 31 meters and an incline of 30 degrees.
