第五届东布洲国际动画周

主竞赛名单 今天出炉啦！🎉

作为在疫情困扰下坚持不懈举办的活动，东布洲国际动画周在去年展现了一份坚韧和青年动画影像生态的延续。而这一届主竞赛的作品，让我们洞悉创作的再一次进化。

本届征片工作于2023年6月22日拉开帷幕，历经数月截至2023年9月15日，收到了来自中国内地、港澳台地区，日本，德国，法国，英国，美国等多个国家地区的优秀作品。经过四位初审评委在中秋佳节几番斟酌，激烈的讨论，艰难的抉择下最终选出41部优秀作品入围第五届东布洲国际动画周的竞赛单元！

The 5th TOPU International Animation Week

The competition finalist is out today!

As an event that has persevered in the face of the epidemic, last year's TOPU International Animation Week demonstrated a resilience and a continuation of the youth animation video ecosystem. And the entries for this year's main competition give us insight into another evolution of creativity.

This year's call for entries kicked off on June 22, 2023, and after several months up to September 15, 2023, excellent entries were received from China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Japan, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries and regions. After four preliminary jury members in the mid-autumn festival several deliberations, heated discussions, tough choices finally selected 41 outstanding works shortlisted for the competition unit of the Fifth TOPU International Animation Week!

The organizing committee will continue to contact you to send out the 5th TOPU International Animation Week entry passes (free access to the animation marketplace: TOPU PITCH, Cutting-edge Forum, Industry Masterclass) and souvenirs. Please keep an eye on the email and contact the organizing committee in time.

We would also like to thank all the animators who participated in this year's competition but were not selected due to the limited number of slots, and hope to see your work in the Topu Pitch or other festivals and exhibitions. We hope that you will continue to see your work in the Animation Market and at other festivals. We will continue to find suitable opportunities for you to show your work as a submission for the Competition.

项建恒

教师、独立导演

现为中国美术学院副教授、硕士生导师、省级教坛新秀。主持有——国家艺术基金；教育部社科基金；浙江省文艺基金等。多次参加影展评审。

作品获中国国际动漫节美猴奖、独立影像年度展等重要奖20多项；并入选日本广岛国际动画节、西宁FIRST青年影展、全国美展等重要展览。

Xiang Jianheng

Teacher and independent director

Now he is an associate professor of China Academy of Art, a master's tutor, and a new talent in provincial teaching field. He has presided over - the National Art Fund; the Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education; the Literary Fund of Zhejiang Province and so on. She has participated in many film festivals.

His works have won more than 20 important awards, such as the China International Animation Festival's Monkey Award and the Independent Image Annual Exhibition, and have been selected for the Hiroshima International Animation Festival in Japan, the Xining FIRST Youth Film Festival, the National Art Exhibition and other important exhibitions.

动画教师，策展人

执教于华南师范大学美术学院，AT！联合创始人。

曾负责AT!的内容编辑和管理运营及动画沙龙的策划和主持工作。多年来持续关注中国独立动画和独立动画创作者，致力于传播优秀作品，促进国内动画人之间和中外动画人之间的交流互动。

学术研究方向包括独立动画创作、实验、中国动画史。

Cai Yuming

Animation teacher and curator.

Teaching at the Academy of Fine Arts of South China Normal University, co-founder of AT!

She was responsible for the content editing and management of AT! and the planning and hosting of the animation salon. Over the years, she has been focusing on Chinese independent animation and independent animation creators, and is committed to disseminating excellent works and promoting exchanges and interactions between domestic animators and Chinese and foreign animators.

Her academic research interests include independent animation creation, experimentation, and the history of Chinese animation.

近二十年的动画从业经验，带领团队参与国内重大动画项目制作。杭州流彩动画有限公司创始人，中国美院讲师、浙江财经学院教授、2020年获得浙江省动漫发展“匠心人物”同年受邀TEDXWumaStreet演讲嘉宾。

Nearly twenty years of experience in animation, leading the team to participate in the production of major domestic animation projects. Founder of Hangzhou LiuCai Animation Co., Ltd, Lecturer of China Academy of Art, Professor of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, "Craftsmanship Character" of Zhejiang Province in 2020, Invited as a speaker of TEDXWumaStreet in the same year.
