被曝吃出生鸡肉,知名品牌涉事门店回应
近日,塔斯汀江西南昌一门店被曝消费者点外卖吃到生鸡肉。消费者发帖称“塔斯汀忍你很久了”,并附上生肉的照片。10月29日,记者从塔斯汀客服处获悉,公司已介入处理此事,具体情况暂不清楚。
A Tastien restaurant in Nanchang, Jiangxi province, made headlines when a customer received uncooked chicken in their takeout order. Tastien's customer service confirmed on Sunday that they are addressing the issue, but specifics remain pending.
多名网友曾发文称在塔斯汀吃到生肉。
据南方都市报报道,有不少消费者反映,通过外卖购买塔斯汀汉堡、鸡翅等时吃到生肉。9月12日,有网友发文称“在塔斯汀点了两个汉堡。吃到了生肉”,“找平台客服介入,客服说无法申请更多只能给您返十块的券”。
The customer's post expressed frustration, stating, "Tastien, I've had enough," and included photographic evidence of the raw meat.
Numerous consumers have raised concerns about finding uncooked meat when eating Tastien hamburgers for takeouts. On Sep 12, one online user shared their experience, saying, "I ordered two Tastien hamburgers and found raw meat. When I contacted customer support, they could only offer a ten yuan voucher in compensation."
从网友发布的维权结果看,该品牌也显然没有形成统一的标准,属于一事一议、“讨价还价”。比如新闻源里的当事人称,起初门店提出赔偿400元,该网友协商后,门店同意赔偿1000元并要求删帖。在网友的回复里,有的是返了10元钱的券,有的是退了单并赔偿50元,当然也有没得到赔偿的。总之,这全看消费者个人的“维权能力”。

然而,这种随心所欲的处理并不合规。根据《食品安全法》第148条的规定,生产或销售不符合食品安全标准的食品,导致消费者受到损害的,消费者可以向生产者或经营者要求赔偿损失,此外还可以向生产者或经营者要求支付价款十倍或损失三倍的惩罚性赔偿金。当然,在不少网友的爆料里,追偿也遇到了取证难题。
However, such arbitrary handling is non-compliant with regulations. Customers can request punitive damages, which may amount to up to ten times the purchase price or three times the losses. However, as many netizens have pointed out, seeking compensation has often been hindered by difficulties in collecting evidence.

塔斯汀之所以类似问题频发,有业内人士指出,或许是源于品牌扩张速度太快,供应链和门店管理还不成熟。公开资料显示,塔斯汀连锁采取的是加盟模式,门店员工建议7-8人,由加盟商自主招聘,在开店前员工有为期1-2个月的培训。这种模式当然有助于迅速扩张,但很显然,员工素质、培训强度都难有保证。
The recurring issues with Tastien may stem from its rapid expansion, as noted by industry experts. It appears that the brand's supply chain and store management have not fully matured.
Tastien follows a franchise model with each store advised to have 7-8 employees. Franchisees handle their own recruitment, and employees receive 1-2 months of training before the store opens. While this model supports rapid expansion, ensuring employee quality and training can be challenging.
“门店成熟”和“品牌因食安问题倒下”哪个会先来?对于快速扩张的塔斯汀来说,这是个需要深思的问题。
