China Southern Airlines made an announcement on Thursday, confirming that tickets purchased during a system glitch on Wednesday evening are still valid and can be used by passengers as normal.

据此前报道，11月8日晚间，多名消费者反映南方航空多条成都进出港航线票价（不含机建燃油费）低至10元、20元、30元不等。

Reports from Wednesday evening revealed that ticket prices for multiple Chengdu inbound and outbound flights with China Southern Airlines were unusually low, ranging from 10 to 30 yuan (excluding airport construction fees and fuel surcharges).

上述超低价机票不仅在南方航空App可以购买，多家在线旅游平台也都能抢到。北京商报记者联系多位消费者，其均表示在20:00左右抢到了低价机票，并已经正常出票。

These heavily discounted tickets were available not only on the China Southern Airlines app but also on various online travel platforms. Beijing Business Daily reporters contacted multiple consumers who confirmed that they were able to secure these low-priced tickets around 8 pm and had already obtained their issued tickets.

当日22:10左右，北京商报记者在南航App查询发现，多条成都进出港航线票价已恢复正常。针对为何出现超低价机票，北京商报记者致电南航客服，客服回应称，当晚20:00左右时间段出现的超低价机票是系统Bug导致。

By 10:10 pm on the same evening, ticket prices for the affected flights had returned to normal. China Southern Airlines customer service representatives explained that the occurrence of the low-priced tickets was due to a system bug that occurred around 8 pm.
