Investor Relations Analyst 

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $35-$40/hour

Responsibilities:

1.Maintaining and actively expanding institutional investor relationships;

2.Managing fundraising processes of equity, credit, venture and capital funds;

3.Preparing fund introduction materials and investor reports.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or related disciplines;

2.Client facing experiences at financial institutions;

3.Strong communication and process management skills.

Legal and Compliance Analyst

(Mandarin Bilingual) 

Salary: $35-40/hour 

Responsibilities:  

1. Responsible for regulatory compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other relevant agencies, encompassing the timely and accurate update of regulatory filings; 

2. Coordinate and oversee communications with external legal counsels, consultants, and registration agents, managing fund establishment processes and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence; 

3. Continuously monitor and assess the legal and regulatory landscape to ensure alignment with compliance standards. 

Requirements:  

1. Law degree is required, LLM is highly preferred; 

2. 0-3 years of legal and compliance experience in the financial industry, US experience is preferred.  

Public Relationship Intern

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $15-$20hour

Responsibilities:

Cultivating and managing relationships within financial media spheres;

Overseeing and curating content across various social media platforms;

Coordinating and executing marketing events.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in communications, finance, economics or related  fields;

2.Marketing experience within financial institutions required.

Investment Research Intern

(Mandarin Bilingual）

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive investment research, due diligence, and analysis for fixed income projects in both the United States and emerging markets；

Overseeing the operational aspects, statistical analysis, and reporting pertinent to credit funds；

Generating research reports focusing on global macroeconomic trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields; CFA, CPA, and FRM candidates are preferred;

0-2 years of experience in financial or technology-related investment research, with experience in the financial technology industry preferred；

Self-starter with a global perspective, adept in research and analysis, capable of independently completing investment research projects.
