Accountant

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $30-40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing bank accounts, transactions and reconciliations;

2. Responsilbe for internal financial reports;

3. Assisting auditors in conducting company audits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields;

2. 1-3 years relevant experience in accounting, investment industry preferred;

3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required.

Investment Operations Analyst

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $30-40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operational management of equity, credit, and venture capital funds;

2. Managing fund operations team;

3. Managing fund administrator, custodian and auditor relationships.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in accounting, finance, or related fields;

2. 1-3 years of experience in fund operations is preferred.

Investment Research Analyst

(Mandarin Bilingual）

Salary: $30-$40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting research on global markets and technology sectors, fintech, AI, etc.

2. Conducting research on venture, credit and equity investment projects；

3. Conducting research on global macroeconomic trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields; CFA preferred;

2. 0-2 years of investment research experience, in financial technology industry preferred；

3. Self-starter with global perspective, independently completing research projects.

Legal and Compliance Analyst

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $35-40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Updating regulatory filings with SEC, FINRA, etc.;

2. Coordinating communications with external legal counsels, consultants, and registration agents;

3. Conducting legal due diligence on investment projects.

Requirements:

1. Law degree required, LLM preferred; New York bar preferred;

2. 1-3 years of legal and compliance experience within financial industry.

HR Assistant

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $30-$40/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Resposible for recruiting, developing and organizing investment team;

2. Managing day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources related majors preferred;

2. 0-2 years of experience in human resources, finance and technology industry preferred;

3. Familiar with recruitment process, experience in performance management, organizational development, human resource planning preferred.

Public Relations Intern

(Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Managing financial media relationships and social media platforms;

Curating public relations content across platforms;

2. Executing marketing events.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or related fields;

2. Marketing experience within financial institutions required.
