Reporting to the Director of Direct Services, the Well-being and Coaching Specialist is responsible for providing 1:1 student coaching, program and other wellness initiatives for critical services within Alice! Health Promotion.  The Specialist will conduct 1:1 student support appointments to foster a sense of community and belonging, enhance awareness and utilization of campus resources, facilitate workshops, training, department events, and other operational needs. This is a part-time (20 hours a week) remote position.

-Provide 1 on 1 health & wellness coaching sessions.

Workshop Facilitation (10%)

-Collaborate with the Alice! Health Promotion team on all workshop and training requests.

-Facilitate workshops and training on content such as sleep, stress management, supporting peers, substance use, etc.

Operations (10%)

-Monitor and triage inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.

-Manage data reconciliation projects.

-Provide cross-coverage and backup support for Alice! Health Promotion, Columbia Health, and Columbia University programs/initiatives, as needed
