Hib 6 year will expire Feb 2013. EB2 application started in April 2012 by
new employer.
If company cut me in the next few month, what's my options to stay in USA?

看到一老板, 钱主要是来源NSF. 想问下这种一般是多大的钱, 持续多久?

Best bet is to wait until you have 140 approval so you can renew your h1 for
three years.

什么是eb2 application? PERM or 140? 如果PERM交了３６５天以上了，你找到新工作
就可以有新的ｈ１ｂ，就是一年一续。

What if I get cut before I-140 approved? Then I may not have enough time for
any other company to start and complete the PERM +I140 application again
prior to my H1B Expiration date Feb 2013........!?
As of today, my prevailing wage get approved for PERM..... And the company
is restructuring in the next few month!

My prevailing wage just get approved. So it's my PERM application haven't
really filed......And there are less than 365 days between now and Feb 2013,
my H1B expire date.
suggestions?

If you're sure they'd cut your position, then start looking for another job
asap. Finding an employer who would hire someone with less than a year on
their H1b would be tough, but you really don't have any other option. They'd
have to start the GC process immediately after hiring you, even then you'd
have to count on luck for your PERM to be approved before your H1 expires.
