country听上去更加广阔，county有些小气了。
land, soil似乎没有country那么有意境。。

out of four i'd say snow country is best.
snow land is ordinary phrase, often referred to..well..we all know..land
covered with snow. besides land has stronger sense of geology, much like
county of admistration. and the title'd be too materialized and solid.
soil is vague and weird, and does't cast the right meaning.
only country has both sense of land and people. besides snow country--the two
words are not usually connected and thus sound fresh and curious.
