东西买了一周多了，还是看不到cash back显示

应该寄到seller agent那里，转了一份给我，我刚才又给他们email过去了。
这个难道不是title company在close之前都搞清楚了？
万一seller不付怎么办？

个人感觉不靠谱，我用过两次，全都没显示，后来就不再用了

That's your agent's job to make sure that the escrow company or closing
agent has all the contact info about utility companies. Look like someone
did do his job. Call your agent and ask him to handle it and be careful
since water/sewer is lien-able and your water district may file lien again
the property if they don't get paid.

谢谢。刚才seller agent发email说已经pay了，就是一个final notice也forward到我
这里了。明天早上再给water那里打个电话确认一下。

感觉还是shopper的cash back多一些，虽然有时它家也耍流氓不显示，但是一般发个邮
件过去后人家就给了
