每日原则: 确保每个人都有上级领导

即便是公司所有者也有老板，出钱使他们能够达成目标的投资人就是。如果所有者是自筹资金，他们也需要让客户和雇员高兴。要确保成本可以接受，目标能够达成，他们不能逃避责任。即使某个人从事的工作是独一无二的，也要有人来确保他承担起相应责任。

Even a company’s owners have bosses, in their case, the investors whose money is being spent to achieve their goals. If the owners are self-funded, they still have to make their clients and employees happy. And they can’t escape the responsibility of making sure that their costs are acceptable and their goals are being met. Even if a person’s job is unique, some-one needs to be holding them accountable at all times.
