2023年国际妇女勇气奖

在3月8日国际妇女节，#布林肯国务卿#与第一夫人吉尔·拜登一道举办了第17届年度国际妇女勇气奖（IWOC）颁奖典礼。我们借此表彰来自世界各地的11位妇女领袖。

在#国际妇女节#的声明中，#布林肯国务卿#表示：“在他们当地社区和国家中，2023年国际妇女勇气奖获奖者正在促进边缘化社群成员的人权，保护法治，置身冲突中心让公众了解情况以及推进女性领导力和性别平等。2023年国际妇女勇气奖获奖者与来自80多个国家的180多位女性一起名列国际勇气妇女。她们不顾个人风险和牺牲，致力于为他人服务。”他还在推特上补充道：“值此国际妇女节之际，美国坚守承诺，长期致力于性别平等和赋能妇女和女孩——涵盖其全部多样性。今天，以及每一天，我们赞颂世界各地妇女和女孩的贡献。”

第一夫人吉尔·拜登在推特上表示：“在国际妇女节，我们赞美一群了不起的勇敢女性和她们为追求正义、自由与和平在世界各地所做的杰出工作。她们的事迹告诉各地的女孩们，当你高声呐喊，当你昂首挺胸行走世界之时，你可以改变脚下的土地。”

布林肯国务卿在推特上补充道：“妇女勇气奖颁奖典礼一向是一年中最鼓舞人心的日子之一。我们今天表彰的杰出女性正在努力为所有人打造一个更美好的未来。我们感谢她们的勇气、力量和领导力，让世界变得更加和平。”

2023年国际妇女勇气奖获奖者为：

 2023 International Women of Courage Award

On March 8, International Women’s Day, Secretary Blinken joined First Lady Jill Biden in hosting the 17th annual International Women of Courage (IWOC) Awards, as we honored 11 women leaders from around the world.

In his statement on #International Women’s Day#, #Secretary Blinken# said, “In their local communities and countries, the 2023 IWOC awardees are promoting the human rights of members of marginalized communities, protecting the rule of law, informing the public from the center of conflicts, and advancing women’s leadership and gender equality.  The 2023 IWOC awardees join a cohort of more than 180 women, from more than 80 countries, who live their lives in the service of others – regardless of the personal risks and sacrifices – as International Women of Courage.” He also added on Twitter, “On International Women's Day, the U.S. stands firm in its longstanding commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls in all their diversity. Today, and every day, we celebrate the contributions of women and girls from around the world. ” 

First Lady Jill Biden said on Twitter, "On International Women’s Day, we celebrate a group of incredible, courageous women and their extraordinary work pursuing justice, freedom, and peace around the world. Their legacy shows girls everywhere that when you raise your voice, when you move through the world with your shoulders back and your head held high, you can shift the ground beneath you."

Secretary Blinken added on Twitter, "The #WomenOfCourage award ceremony is always one of the most inspiring days of the year. The extraordinary women we honored today are working to build a brighter future for all. We are grateful for their courage, strength, and leadership, to make the world a more peaceful place."
