以博雅教育著称，规模小而精的美国文理学院一直是诸多学子理想的求学之地。当然也有很多学生和家长对文理学院存在诸多误解。EducationUSA特邀来自美国巴德学院，丹尼森大学的招生官为大家更加详细，全面的介绍美国文理学院。同时也有四位分别来自罗德学院 (Rhodes College)，哈弗福德学院 (Haverford College)，巴德学院 (Bard College)，丹尼森大学 (Denison University)校友现场与大家现身说法，分享她们最真实的美国文理学院的入读体验。欢迎大家参加！ 

Event Details: 

The American Liberal Arts Colleges are always known as small and exquisite for liberal arts education. It has been the dream place for higher education for many students. However, there are still many misunderstanding from many students and parents. EducationUSA invites admission officers from Bard College and Denison University to give a more detailed introduction of Liberal Arts Colleges. There will four alumni respectively from Rhodes College, Haverford College, Bard College and Denison University to introduce their personal experience of studying at the American Liberal Arts Colleges as well. We welcome your participation!

Claire Liu，是美国巴德学院北京办公室的助理主任。她于2020年入职巴德学院，之前曾在约翰霍普金斯大学任项目主管。Claire老师获北京外国语大学法语专业学士学位，约翰霍普金斯大学市场学硕士学位。在约翰霍普金斯读书期间，Claire老师是泛亚职业协会的副主席及联合创始人。  
Claire Liu is Assistant Director at Bard College Beijing Office. She joined the Bard College in December 2020. Prior to joining Bard College, Claire worked as Program Manager at Johns Hopkins University. Claire received her Master of Science in Marketing degree at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, USA) and Bachelor of Literature in French at Beijing Foreign Studies University (Beijing, China; Montreal, Canada). At Johns Hopkins, Claire served as a Vice-President and a cofounder of Pan-Asia Career Association (PACA).   

Uma Gao老师是Denison University的招生助理主任。就职于美国高等教育机构之前，高老师曾担任ESL（针对母语非英语的并把英语作为第二语言的语言学习者的专业英文课程）的老师。Uma老师获利物浦大学的TESOL（对外英语教学）硕士学位，至今已从事国际学生相关工作10年以上，她本人也以到不同国家和地区旅行，体验不同文化为乐趣。 
She received her master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Liverpool. Uma has worked with international students for 10 years, and traveling and experiencing different cultures is a passion of hers.

You must bring a valid photo ID and your registration confirmation email in order to get into the Beijing American Center (BAC). Large bags will not be allowed into the program area of BAC. 

请务必准时到达北京美国中心，在活动开始30分钟后将不允许入场参加活动。 
You must arrive at the Embassy BAC entrance no later than half an hour of the program starting time for check in. You will NOT be admitted if you arrive half an hour after the program has started.

交通：地铁10号，亮马桥站B出口，向东北步行至天泽路和安家楼路交汇处， 签证处北侧。 
Directions: Metro Line 10, Liangmaqiao Station Exit B, walk northeast to the Tian Ze Road intersection of An Jia Lou Road, north side of the Visas Office.
