We will be hosting a pre-departure information session to provide you with essential guidance and support as you prepare to embark on your educational journey in the United States. This session aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge and resources to ensure a smooth transition to your new academic environment.

Jennifer (Ran) Wang works as International Recruiting Counselor at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She has 6 years of experience in international education. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a master's degree in Global Studies, and she also received a master's degree in Higher Education Leadership at Northeastern State University. During those four years, she was granted assistantships from both universities. In her spare time, she likes to attend TTU athletic events and Zumba classes.  Jennifer is excited to work with students and families from across China and continue to assist students in reaching their academic and career goals! 

Jennifer (Ran) Wang 在位于德克萨斯州拉伯克的德克萨斯理工大学担任国际招聘顾问。她拥有6年国际教育经验。她毕业于俄克拉荷马州立大学，获得全球研究硕士学位，并获得东北州立大学高等教育领导力硕士学位。在那四年里，她获得了两所大学的助教奖学金。业余时间，她喜欢参加 TTU 体育赛事和尊巴舞课程。詹妮弗很高兴能与来自中国各地的学生和家庭交流，并继续帮助学生实现他们的学术和职业目标！ 

Xinyu Guo is the admission representative of Bryant University. He finished both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Bryant.

Zechen is a graduate student who will soon be attending the University of Chicago. He recently earned his BA degree in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. During his time at Bates, Zechen was an active member of both the Jazz Band and Brass Ensemble. In his leisure time, he takes pleasure in playing the trombone, listening to jazz music, and working out at the gym. 

张泽辰是一名研究生，即将就读芝加哥大学。他最近获得了位于缅因州刘易斯顿的贝茨学院的经济学学士学位。在贝茨学习期间，泽辰是爵士乐队和铜管乐团的活跃成员。闲暇时，他喜欢吹长号、听爵士乐、去健身房锻炼身体。

NOTE: This event is open to the general public free of charge. Audio or video recording of the program will not be permitted. Press inquiries should be directed to the U.S. Embassy Press Office.

请记住携带有效身份证件与报名确认邮件进入北京美国中心。此活动请勿携带大包。 
You must bring a valid photo ID and your registration confirmation email in order to get into the Beijing American Center (BAC). Large bags will not be allowed into the program area of BAC. 

请务必准时到达北京美国中心，在活动开始30分钟后将不允许入场参加活动。 
You must arrive at the Embassy BAC entrance no later than half an hour of the program starting time for check in. You will NOT be admitted if you arrive half an hour after the program has started.

For security reasons, the BAC staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. 

地点：北京市朝阳区安家楼路55号 (美国大使馆东门)。 
Location: No. 55 An Jia Lou Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing (East Gate of the U.S. Embassy). 

交通：地铁10号，亮马桥站B出口，向东北步行至天泽路和安家楼路交汇处， 签证处北侧。 
Directions: Metro Line 10, Liangmaqiao Station Exit B, walk northeast to the Tian Ze Road intersection of An Jia Lou Road, north side of the Visas Office.
