Do you know what digital fashion is?  Please join us at the Guangzhou American Center as Juan Carlos Martinez, an American digital fashion designer, explains an innovative virtual apparel solution via Zoom.  He will discuss the positive effects of digital fashion on sustainability and innovation in the United States, as well as current social issues heavily intertwined with fashion, such as equality, race, and self-confidence.  At the end of the program, participants will have an opportunity to examine digital outfits through an augmented reality filter.

演讲嘉宾介绍: 

Juan Carlos Martinez 是一位阿根廷裔美国数字时装设计师，也是纽约 3D 时装工作室 Virtual Apparel Solutions 的首席执行官。2019 年，他被时装技术学院评选为美国前 20 名新兴设计师之一，以表彰他在时尚领域突破技术界限的愿景。
Juan Carlos Martinez is an Argentine American digital fashion designer and the CEO of New York based 3D fashion studio Virtual Apparel Solutions. In 2019 he was selected by the Fashion Institute of Technology as one of the top 20 emerging designers in the United States for his vision to push the boundaries of technology in fashion.
