“天津跳水大爷”宣布：退出，不跳了！

The sensational "diving grandpas" from north China's Tianjin, who have taken the Internet by storm with their daring antics, on Wednesday announced that they would quit the water-splashing sport out of concern for public safety.

9月6日晚，天津市城市管理委员会发布“关于对狮子林桥附属景观设施进行维修的通告”。

通告称，近期，城市管理部门在日常设施巡查维护中发现，狮子林桥体两侧外挂景观设施松动，支撑角钢锈蚀严重，存在脱落和漏电等安全隐患。路灯管理部门临时对景观灯光采取断电措施，桥梁景观照明设施暂不能正常运行。经会商研判，为确保设施运行和人员安全，决定自9月6日晚20时起，对狮子林桥外挂景观照明设施进行安全维修改造。给大家带来不便，敬请谅解。

据新华社，专业人士指出，从高处跳水，入水瞬间时速可达数十公里，会产生剧烈的撞击感。狮子林桥桥面到水面有7米左右，安全风险不容小视。

Experts have pointed out that diving from a height generates a tremendous impact at the moment of entry into the water, with speeds reaching dozens of kilometers per hour. The Shizilin Bridge, for instance, has a drop of approximately 7 meters from the bridge surface to the water, making the safety risks undeniable.

那些常年在狮子林桥跳水的“天津大爷”，早就百“炼”成钢，成了经验丰富的“专业人士”。如果是没有经过专业训练的“初生牛犊”，就很难控制好入水姿态。仅仅受现场气氛感染、受网上情绪影响，来到桥头就往下跳，那可不是闹着玩的。

For individuals without proper training, attempting such dives can be challenging as they may struggle to control their entry posture. Merely succumbing to the atmosphere at the scene or being influenced by online emotions and jumping off the bridge without adequate experience is far from child's play.

据媒体报道，当地蓝天救援队近日就救起10多名跳水群众，有7人疑因水的冲击力大没反应过来，导致呛水昏迷。有5人疑因河水较深并且水中温差较大导致溺水。

一位经常跳水的市民向记者坦言，许多前来狮子林桥打卡的年轻人，跳水后出现身体不适。

随着“天津大爷”跳水在网上走红，不少“网红”也瞄上了这波流量。他们来到天津，自己不跳，但鼓动其他人跳，以便做直播和拍短视频。这种“拱火”，无疑放大了跳水的安全风险。

With the increasing popularity of "Tianjin diving grandpas", some so-called internet celebrities also flocked here to capitalize on the internet attention. Instead of participating in the diving themselves, they instigate others to dive, all in the pursuit of live streaming and short video content, thus magnifies the safety risks.

其实，天津市早就出台过禁止在海河游泳、跳水的相关规定，最新的《天津市水上治安管理规定》明确，严禁在禁止游泳的水域内跳水、游泳。在狮子林桥等地，“禁止跳水”“禁止游泳”等标牌也随处可见。

如果无视管理规定和安全提醒，只为了一时欢乐，给别人添麻烦不说，真出点意外说什么都晚了。
