in our hospital. 

Background： Each floor's room numbers start from 01 to 80 and every room number is 3 digits. 

 For example, the room numbers on the 4th floor would be from 401 to 480. 

The number of the answer is above the 3rd floor. 

Can you take a guess what room number is missing？
