Sell DIS, probably BA too

For the others at least there is a good reason to keep, like rate will drop, good divident, too many diehard fan. ENPH is  probably before its time, especially if Rep takes over in November. 

DIS will not be up as much as SnP if market bounces back. BA just too much uncertainty.
