每个上市的大公司每年都要发布Corporate Responsibility Report。这个报告包括很多不在财务报告里的内容。其中一项就是雇员的族裔分布。Intel 北美雇员里16.3%是黑墨。AMD 7%,英伟达 5.8%,而且Intel 还信誓旦旦的给出了DEI 的目标
