Vegetables Arrangement

Wow, beautiful & unique,both colour & arrangement. wellDone!

I cooked 鱼香茄子 2 yesterday with store bought eggplants. Do U

need more than normal cooking oil for eggplant?  I pre-cook them in microwave to 55% - 60% done first, then cook them in wok with normal oil amount.
